0. Service and Operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the KOISCORE app and related web services operated by lionlogics. It specifically covers Bakery Tycoon (package name: com.koiscore.bakerytycoon), listed on Google Play. Google Play developer name: KOISCORE. Operating legal entity and privacy-policy owner: lionlogics. The Google Play listing and this policy refer to the same service and operating entity.

1. Information We Process

• Guest or connected profile identifiers, display name, and language preference
• Name, gender, email address, and marketing-consent records when separately consented through Toss login
• Game progress, scores, play records, rankings, rewards, and settings
• Purchase order, amount, payment status and provider transaction identifiers
• Merchant identity, business, contact, tax, encrypted bank-account, settlement and dispute records
• When nearby discovery is separately enabled: location reduced to roughly 100-meter precision, adult confirmation, gender selected by the user or imported and confirmed by the user, and display preference
• Service logs such as access time, IP address, browser or device information, and errors
• Content submitted directly through support or community features

2. Purposes

• Providing games, account connection, and progress synchronization
• Operating rankings and rewards, preventing abuse, and responding to support requests
• Improving reliability, security, quality, and aggregate service statistics
• Showing nearby adult connected users by broad distance band and an explicitly selected preference

3. Retention and Deletion

Nearby coordinates remain valid for 15 minutes after the last update. Exact coordinates and exact distances are not disclosed to other users. Disabling location sharing deletes stored coordinates immediately. Other information is retained only as needed or required by law and is deleted or de-identified after withdrawal when no legal retention duty applies.

4. Sharing and Processors

Processor: PortOne Korea Corp. (PortOne). Entrusted tasks: forwarding payment requests, retrieving and verifying payment results, and transaction management through PortOne V2. Data: purchaser name, email, phone number, order ID, product, amount, payment status and transaction identifiers. KG Inicis processes payments in its checkout. /payments/test/ currently uses the KG Inicis test channel and does not issue production Koi Gems. KOISCORE does not separately store test purchaser information on its server. Order tokens are held in browser session storage and valid for server verification for 24 hours. Payment providers retain transaction data under applicable law and their policies.

KOISCORE and lionlogics do not sell personal information. Toss Payments processes order and payment identifiers as necessary to authorize, cancel and protect paid transactions; KOISCORE does not store complete card details. Other contracted hosting, database, error-analysis, advertising, or platform providers may process information only as necessary to operate the service.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login state, language, game progress, and settings. You can delete or restrict them in your browser, although some features may no longer work correctly.

6. Your Rights

Platform gender is imported only after the user requests it and can be reviewed before nearby discovery is enabled. Stored Toss consented data is marked withdrawn when a valid Toss disconnection callback is received. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent through the privacy inquiry page below.

7. Children's Privacy

KOISCORE and lionlogics do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may request deletion if they believe a child's information has been processed.

8. Security and Changes

KOISCORE and lionlogics use reasonable safeguards including access controls, authentication, and protection in transit. We will publish the effective date and material changes on this page.
